Big Friend Little Friend is seeking dedicated adult volunteers to become "Big Friends" to children in our community. If you are a consistent, caring, and positive role model, you have the power to make a significant impact. Just one hour a week can provide a child with the positive influence they need to thrive.
We have boys and girls currently on our waiting list, eager to be matched with a mentor like you. The application process is thorough to ensure the safety and well-being of the children we serve. It includes an online application, an in-person interview, comprehensive background checks, and reference checks. Approved mentors also participate in in-person training to prepare them for their role.
