Evenings and Weekends Required --
Summary of Duties:
Provides reception and administrative support to ensure effective communication and daily operations of the agency. Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; additional training in Office Administration or Computer Systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry, word processing, and office systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Serve as receptionist by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and assist with basic financial tracking (e.g., logging received payments).
- Provide administrative support, including filing, record maintenance, and document organization.
- Assist applicants, visitors, and stakeholders with general inquiries and forms, directing them to appropriate staff as needed.
- Provide administrative support across office functions, including backup for reception, mail handling, scheduling, coordination, and other assigned duties.
- Support client needs by assisting with procurement of personal items, transportation coordination, and communication with staff as needed.
