County Fair is accepting applications for a full-time Donut Fryer/Finisher.
Main Responsibilities:
Fry product according to company specifications.
Finish product by filling, glazing, and decorating accordingly.
Operate and clean fryer, glazer and other related equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Work with team to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
Comply with all company, state, and federal regulations governing health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills:
Be a self starter and able to work alone and with a team.
Ability to handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.
Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fact-paced environment.
Strong attention to details in both preparation and presentation of product.
Experience appreciated, but training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Be 18 years of age.
Be able to keep a clean and neat personal appearance and work environment.
Be honest, dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Be able to work some weekends.
