CDL Driver – Sanitation Company
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – Finish (end time varies based on route and workload)
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our sanitation team. This position involves operating a variety of commercial vehicles, including roll-off trucks, semi trucks with side dumps, and concrete trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual transmissions and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely operate roll-off trucks, semi trucks with side dumps, and concrete trucks
Transport and dispose of materials according to company and regulatory guidelines
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Ensure vehicles are kept clean and properly maintained
Qualifications Active CDL (Class A preferred)
Clean driving record (required)
Experience operating roll-off, side dump, and/or concrete trucks preferred
Ability to drive a manual transmission
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
